2010 was a glorious year for the blues rock band, the Black keys, due to the big success of their latest album, "Brothers", and numerous nominations for music awards, including last nights' Grammys. But they seem to prefer the Oscar instead.
The duo released the official video of their latest single from the album, "Howlin' For You" last Thursday. It breaks with traditional music video fare in an interesting way. The video is produced as if it were a movie trailer for a Tarantino, tongue and cheek, western. Both Dan Auerbach and Patrick Carney appeared as "Las Teclas De Negro."
If you really want to listen to the song, then I would recommend checking out some of their live performance videos as the video here could distract from the pure enjoyment of the music. However, this is a great change-up for those who have been really digging this track since the release of the album. Well, either way, I'm sure that you will be entertained by this video. Enjoy!
